Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full authority over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email box you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
