Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to manage your website files with simple point 'n' click maneuvers. Right-click context menus offer rapid access to different file manipulation options, whereas convenient drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your PC in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unzip files effortlessly as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The integrated drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly transfer files between your PC and the web server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it over to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your desktop by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a new file or folder with only a mouse click. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager GUI, you will be able to pack and unzip all types of files. It works astonishingly fast - just select the files you would like to pack and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive file format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you really do not need any third-party software tools in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up on your website. Furthermore, you will find a set of built-in file editors, which will grant you full control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more knowledgeable individuals, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced individuals.
